Hiring 2 F/T Permanent Cook(Sushi) positions!

Working Conditions:
– Salary $23.00 ~ $25.00 per hour (Depends of skills and experience)
– 8 hours per day (40 hours per week)
– Benefit:10 days paid vacation or 4% paid vacation of gross salary
Job duties you will be responsible for:
– Prepare and cook sushi, sashimi and all kinds of rolls from the menu.
– Trim fish such as tuna, salmon and etc.
– Assist in developing new menu.
– Ensure quality of food and determine size of food portions.
– Control the inventory and maintain work area clean.
Requirements:
– Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a cook.
– Completion of High School is required.
– English
