Hiring Head Cook
PSI Sushi & Roll Ltd. dba Sushi & Roll Japanese Restaurant in Surrey, BC seeks a Head Cook
(Position Available: 1)
Position: Head Cook
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Wage: $20.00~$24.00 per hour (depend on experience)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Location: 103-10241 King George Blvd, Surrey, BC V3T 2W6
The Head Cook is expected to perform the following duties:
- Oversee the daily process of running a kitchen and manage food preparation
- Direct kitchen staff and handle all food-related issues
- Prepare and cook individual Japanese dishes such as sushi rolls and sashimi
- Plan menus and create new recipes
- Take responsibility for the health and safety of the food team
- Order food and supplies, such as kitchen equipment, and keep an updated inventory
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of cook experience
- Completion of Secondary School
- Language: English
