Position: Harvesting Labourers
Number of Vacancies: 2
Key Responsibilities:
-Hand harvest vegetables.
-Clean and sort crops for market quality.
-Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
-Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
-Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
-Identify disease and health issues in crops.
-Ensure produce meets market quality standards.
Requirements:
-No educational diploma required.
-No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
Compensation & Conditions:
Wage: $16.75 – $17.00 per hour plus 4% vacation pay.
Hours: Full-time, 35-40 hours a week.
