Position Info:

• Position: Motel Managing Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $21.98~$25.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 140 Esplanade Ave, Harrison hot springs, BC, V0M 1K0

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay or 10 days paid vacation per year

Job Duties:

• Co-ordinate and review employee’s performance
• Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities in between departments
• Resolve work-related issues and prepare reports for the superiors
• Recruit and train employees in duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Order and manage inventory and supplies
• Maintain smooth operation of computer systems, equipment

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 1~2 years of experience in accommodation services or managing supervisor
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
