Chalet Continental Motel in Valemount, BC is looking for a full-time guest service supervisor.
Job Position: Guest Service Supervisor

Job Description:
- Handle guest comments and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring guest needs are met.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate
- Lead and supervise daily operations of the front desk
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
- Requisition materials and supplies
- Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
- Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
Job Requirement:
- Completion of secondary school is required
- Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience in hospitality industry required
Term: Full-Time (30-40 hours per week), Permanent
Wage: $21.00 per hour
Benefit: 4% of salary as vacation pay
Location: 1450 5th Ave. Valemount, BC, V0E 2Z0
