Position Info:

• Position: Web Designer
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $30.29-$33.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 104-7777 Royal Oak Avenue, Burnaby, BC V5J 4K2

Job Duties:

• Establish and implement optional practices for designs, standards, and guidelines
• Maintain the appearance of web sites by applying content standards
• Design and develop visual content for websites while upholding the company’s brand consistency
• Create and enhance website content across various formats, including animations, databases, and graphics
• Test and optimize website design and functionality for improved performance
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, features, and interactivity

Job requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a graphic designer is required
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science or graphic design or completion or a college program in computer science, graphic arts, or Web design is required
• Language: English
