Job Description:

This Company Benipal Bros Construction Ltd. is hiring two Full time General Supervisors-Residential Construction to join their team as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

The Candidates must perform the following duties:

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of workers who construct, renovate and maintain structures of wood and other building materials and build and install interior finishing in residential.

• Co-coordinate the activities of construction crew.

• Make estimates of quantities of materials and labor required and prepare the daily reports.

• Hire and arrange training for new construction workers.

• Cooperate with other subordinators and adjust work schedules accordingly.

• Problem-solving and advise measures to improve productivity.

• Ensure that all workers know and follow necessary health and safety procedures.

Required Skills:

• Completion of Secondary School is required.

• At least 2 to 3 years of related work experience is required.
