Hando Enterprises Ltd. O/A Aldergrove Esso is looking for a Gas Station Supervisor for full-time position:

Salary: $20.50/ hour
Job Type: Full Time/ Permanent (40 hours weekly)
Language: English
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience in retail industry as a sales clerk and/or retail supervisor or combination of both

Start date of employment: As soon as Possible
Minimum Education: High school

Job Location: 26391 Fraser Hwy, Aldergrove, BC V4W 2Z7

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate cashiers & other staff members
– Assign job duties and instructions to cashiers & other staff
– Maintain, manage and keep a record of inventory and stock
– Prepare meaningful reports on sales volume, inventory, merchandise returns etc.
– Responsible for personnel matters and assist management in hiring and training cashiers & other staff
– Sell merchandise in store and authorize return of merchandise, as and when required
– Overall responsibility of customer service management and resolve customer complaints
– Look after merchandising and handle inventory counts
– Prepare and maintain schedule of employees working at the store
– Prepare daily sales reports for review by management
– Perform other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager
