Seeking 2 supervisors for our 2 locations for Indian/ethnic fashion.

Permanent, fulltime 35-40hr/week 

Languages

English and knowledge of hindi recommended but not required. 

Education

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • or equivalent experience

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year

Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Order merchandise
  • Authorize return of merchandise
  • Sell merchandise
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
  • Provide customer service, resolve complaints 

Supervision

  • 1 to 2 people

Experience and specialization

Art or fashion design experience

  • Highly preferred: Experience and knowledge of women's clothing / Indian fashion/ ethnic fashion – trends, materials, stones
