Job Title : Restaurant Manager
Duration of Employment Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Work Hours: 35 – 40 hours per week
Wage: $22 per hour
Benefit: 10 days paid vacation
Your job duties will be :
- Responsible for overall operations of the restaurant.
- Train and manage staff for operational excellence.
- Hire and recruit new staff.
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues.
- Work within budgeted guidelines.
- Create and adjust staff schedules
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Develop the restaurant team to provide excellent service.
Requirements:
– Education: Completion of high school
– Experience: At least 2 years’ work experience as a restaurant manager or related supervisory role
– Language: English
