Frying Pan is looking for a full-time Food Services Manager.

Position Info:

• Position: Food Services Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $26.44~$30.00/hour (depending on Experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 1101 Denman Street, Vancouver, BC V6G 2M7

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Handle customers’ complaints.
• Make sure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
• Maintain inventory, monitor revenues, and modify procedures and prices.
• Plan staff work schedules and supervise staff performance.
• Participate in recruiting staff and overseeing staff training.
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of the restaurant.
• Develop, implement and analyze budgets.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Conduct performance review of staff.

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 2~3 years of relevant experience are required.
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
