Front of House Supervisor

Nammos Estiatorio located at 3980 Fraser Street, Vancouver, BC, V5V 4E4 is looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our team as soon as possible.

This is a full-time position, 30 per week. You will receive $17.00 per hour + 2 weeks of vacation time and a free meal during your shift. Optional extended health benefits are available after 3 months of employment.

As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible to uphold the Nammos Estiatorio values in a positive, busy, environment. You will help support our Front of House staff. This position requires a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Duties include:
• Act as a shift leader in support of the management team
• Ensure the utmost guest satisfaction and handle guest concerns, complaints, or compliments
• Supervise front of house staff including training, coaching, and motivating your team
• Support the Restaurant Manager with restaurant operations during your shifts
• Manage daily cash outs and communicate any discrepancies
• Assists take out customers

Employment Requirements:
• 1-2 years of previous work experience in a full-service restaurant or bar
• 6 months experience in a leadership / supervisory capacity
• Completion of Secondary School
