Position Info:

·         Position: Food Service Supervisor

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $18.50~19.50/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 161 East 15th Street, North Vancouver, BC V7L 2P7

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Establish work schedules and review the work performance of employees

·         Resolve customers’ complaints or concerns

·         Keep records, such as the amount and cost of foods served, and hours worked by employees

·         Inspect serving areas and foods to ensure that they meet quality standards

·         Assign and coordinate the work of employees to improve operational performance

·         Provide training on job duties, sanitation, and safety to food service staff

·         Assist in the hiring of food service staff as required

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 1-2 years of experience in food preparation or service is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
