Employer and Location: Pshemo Construction Ltd. is seeking two experienced full-time Framer -Carpenters to complete residential projects in the city of Calgary and surrounding areas.

Education: No Degree, Certificate or Diploma
Experience: At least 1 year of experience
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, kneeling, overtime required, hand-eye co-ordination, large work-load
Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focused, team player, good judgement, reliable
Terms of Employment:
- $27.00 per hour
- Full-time 40 hours per week
- Weekend and overtime as required
- 6% vacation pay
- Employer-provided relocation is available for this opportunity
Skills:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements;
- Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools;
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials;
- Install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems;
- Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, moulding and hardware;
- Supervise 1-2 other construction workers, and
- Performing cleanup of job sites by cleaning away all carpentry debris and waste.
