EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS: DAY, EVENING, NIGHT, WEEKEND, SHIFT, OVERTIME, ON-CALL, FLEXIBLE HOURS, EARLY MORNING, MORNING

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: SEASONAL EMPLOYMENT, FULL-TIME- 30 to 40 HOURS PER WEEK

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

LANGUAGES: ENGLISH OR FRENCH

EDUCATION: SECONDARY (HIGH) SCHOOL GRADUATION CERTIFICATE

EXPERIENCE: WILL TRAIN

 

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: ODOURS, COLD AND REFRIGERATED AND WET/DAMP

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. TRAIN STAFF/WORKERS IN JOB DUTIES, SAFETY PROCEDURES AND COMPANY POLICIES
  2. RECOMMEND PERSONNEL ACTIONS SUCH AS HIRING AND PROMOTIONS
  3. PREPARE PRODUCTION AND OTHER REPORTS
  4. RECOMMEND MEASURES TO IMPROVE PRODUCTIVITY AND PRODUCT QUALITY
  5. SUPERVISE, CO-ORDINATE AND SCHEDULE (AND POSSIBLY REVIEW) ACTIVITIES OF WORKERS
  6. ESTABLISH METHODS TO MEET WORK SCHEDULES AND CO-ORDINATE WORK ACTIVITIES WITH OTHER WORK UNITS
  7. IDENTIFY, EVALUATE, CONTROL, AND PREVENT HAZARDS AT ALL STAGES OF THE FOOD PRODUCTION PROCESS
  8. REQUISITION OR ORDER OF MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES.

 

CREDENTIALS:

CERTIFICATES, LICENCES, MEMBERSHIPS, AND COURSES

HAZARD ANALYSIS AND CRITICAL CONTROL POINTS(HACCP) CERTIFICATION
