Salary: $18.50/hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sell Merchandise
• Meet the sales targets assigned
• Monitor the team to ensure team members are meetings ales targets
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Manage team’s performance
• Coaching team members on regular basis
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• Organize and maintain inventory

Requirements:
– Secondary School Education
– Quick books- preferred
– MS Office- preferred
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
