Salary : $20.00 to $22.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

Job requirements:
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities : Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods, Overtime required
Additional Skills : Conduct Performance reviews, Cost Products and Services, Organize and Maintain inventory.
Business Equipment and Computer Applications : Point of Sale System
Specific Skills : Plan, Organize, Direct, Control and Evaluation daily operations, Determine type of service to be offered and implement operational procedures, Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, Participate in marketing plans and implementation, Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, Provide Customer Service, Address customer’s complaints or concerns, Recruit, train and supervise staff.
Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people
