McDonald’s is looking for Six (6) Food Service Supervisors for their various below mentioned locations, who could join immediately.

Location: McDonald’s C600, 2601 Westview Dr North Vancouver, BC

Location: McDonald’s 2001 Lonsdale Avenue North Vancouver, BC

Location: McDonald’s 157 Chadwick Court North Vancouver, BC

Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible

Compensation: $18.50 per hour

Work hours: 40 hours/week

Terms: Permanent full time

Job duties and responsibilities

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food
• Helps maintain standards for raw and finished product quality, service and speed, quality and cleanliness
• Ensure staff following job duties and safety procedures
• Controls labour hours and cash flow while on shift
• Helps maintain records for safety and appropriately documents performance and/or incidents in personnel files
• Completes assigned shift paperwork
• May direct preparation of foods and beverages
• Maintains records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train new food service staff, Evaluates work performance of staff and report to manager
• May participate in the hiring of crew members and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
• Knows and helps to enforce and educate crew on all appropriate personnel policies, labour laws, and security and safety procedures.
• Shares knowledge and experience with crew

Requirements

• Education: Completion of Secondary School
• Work Experience:1-2 years of Experience
• Strong communication and  leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• High standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
