Skills Requirements:

  • Education: Completion of secondary/high school graduation
  • Work experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a food service supervisor or food counter attendant is required

Job Duties:

  • Supervise, coordinate, and manage the activities of food counter and kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation, service, and overall smooth operation of the restaurant during assigned shifts 
  • Evaluate and order necessary ingredients and supplies, ensuring timely availability of high-quality products for the preparation of chicken wings, burgers and other menu items 
  • Develop work schedules and establish operational procedures to maintain an organized and efficient workflow, ensuring coverage for all shifts 
  • Create detailed food order summaries for kitchen staff based on customer preferences and menu requirements, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction 
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment repairs, sales, and wastage to support effective cost management and operational efficiency 
  • Train staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with company standards and maintaining high levels of food quality and service 
  • Ensure that all food and service meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations, consistently delivering a positive dining experience 
  • Participate in the selection of new staff and contribute to the development of business policies, procedures, and budgets to support continuous improvement 
  • Assist in planning and adjusting food counter menus, and calculating associated food and labor costs to optimize profitability and resource allocation
