We have an opening for a Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020) role for our restaurant “Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill (11382314 Canada Inc) located at 410 Ontario St, St. Catharine’s, ON L2R 5M1. A fast-paced environment for a team-oriented person. If you have what it takes to supervise the team in a restaurant, then this is a position for you.
Job requirements
Language: English
Work Setting: Restaurant
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
Job Duties:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
