Skills Requirements:
· Education: completion of secondary/high school graduation certificate
· Work experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a food service supervisor or food counter attendant
Job Duties:
· Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of food counter attendants who prepare, portion, and serve food at the Mr. Sub, Country Style, and Chicken N Grill counters
· Estimate and order ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation across all three food counters, ensuring sufficient stock for smooth operations
· Prepare food order summaries for the kitchen team based on customer demand, ensuring accurate and timely food preparation
· Establish work schedules and procedures for food counter staff to ensure efficient service and coverage during peak and off-peak hours
· Maintain records of inventory, repairs, sales, and wastage to support operational efficiency and cost management
· Train staff in their job duties, as well as sanitation and safety procedures, to maintain a high standard of food service
· Supervise and inspect the assembly of food items to ensure consistency and quality across all food counters
· Ensure that both food and service consistently meet established quality control standards
· Assist in the selection of food service staff and contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and budgets to improve food service operations
Participate in planning cafeteria menus and determining related food and labor costs to ensure cost-effective service delivery
