Responsibilities
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of food counter attendant and kitchen staff
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Maintain food cost and quality as per head office and keeping check on ingredients
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Establish work schedules
