Description
Naru Japanese Cuisine is hiring a full-time, permanent Food Service Supervisor.
You will be responsible for the following:
Ensure a professional level of customer service and food quality is delivered by all staff.
Make sure every customer receives excellent service.
Liaise closely with the owner to monitor financial performance
Supervise the activities and organize the work schedules of the staff
Maintain records of sales and services, stock, repairs and wastage.
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
Hire and train staff if needed.
Resolve customer complaints.
You need to meet the following qualifications:
Completion of high school or equivalent is required.
1-2 years of experience in food service industry OR Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline.
Language of work: English required.
Your hourly wage will be $14.75
4% vacation pay.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
