We are looking for well experienced Food Service Supervisors for a well-known restaurant “Habaneros Modern Taco Bar” located at 600 Windmill Rd, Dartmouth, NS, B3B 1B5, Canada. However, you will be required to work at various locations across the Halifax region.

JOB DUTIES:

• Overall supervision of the food take-out orders and food delivery operations including the staff members and drivers during the shift.
• Supervision of the delivery orders and take-out options.
• Responsible for smooth food service and timely execution of customer orders.
• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of kitchen and food collection areas.
• Make a schedule of staff based on customer rush. 
• Ensure the quantity and quality of food being served or delivered. 
• Assist manager in recruitment and training of new staff.
• Ensure hospitality, accuracy, maintenance, product quality and speed of service during shifts. 
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns and ensure excellent customer service.

Prerequisites:

Education:                               High School or equivalent

Experience & Skills:               1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Language:                               English

Hourly Rate: $ 14.10 to $ 17 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent

Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay,
