Benefits: 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve drink, pearl and ice-cream
- Estimate ingredients and supplies required for drink preparation
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage with management team
- Train new staff in job duties, and oversee daily baristas’ schedules
- Arrange and participate in out-of-store events
Skills requirements:
Completion of secondary school
Minimum 1-year experience
Ability to work as part of, train and lead a team
Client focused and ability to deliver excellent customer service
Effective interpersonal skills
