Work Experience: 2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
Work Condition: Day, Evening, Weekends, Late nights required

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Benefits: overtime wage 1.5 times/hr if work exceeded after 40 hours/week, 2 days sick leaves, 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff that prepare, and serve food items.
• Estimate and inform ingredients required for preparation of food
• Prepare order summaries for staff who prepares particular items
• Prepare work schedules of workers and assign duties to them
• Keep a record of stock, sale and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Maintain standards for food quality, service and cleanliness
• Address customer complaints or concerns
