Employment Type: Full-Time/Permanent

 

Position: Food Service supervisor

Wage: $16 per hour

Working Hours: 35-40 hours per week

Benefits: 10 days of paid vacation per year

Start Date: As soon as possible

 

Requirements:

-Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

-1-2 years of work experience in food service

-English

-Available to work on the weekends and evenings

 

Job Duties:

-Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff and train staff

-Estimate and order ingredients and supplies

-Ensure food service and quality control

-Plan work schedules and procedures

–Schedule and receive deliveries, check delivery contents in order to verify product quality and quantity

–Ensure that the food and service meet the standard quality and control standards

–Maintain and keep records the inventory of ingredients and supplies and order when needed
