“O Sushi” Japanese Restaurant located at 742 Granville Street. Vancouver is looking to hire an experienced full time Food Service Supervisor. Details are below
Position: Food Service Supervisor
Working Condition: Full Time, Permanent, 30~35 hrs per week
Wage: $15.20 per hour
Work Location: O Sushi 742 Granville Street. Vancouver, BC V6Z 1E4
Job Description:
-Supervisor and schedule activities of staff who prepare and serve food
-Establish work schedule and procedures
-Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
-Ensure food and service meet quality standards
-Check stock and maintain records of repairs, sales and wastage
-Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
Minimum Qualification Include:
– High School Diploma
– Minimum 1 and half year experience in food preparation or service
– Available on evenings and weekends
– Able to communicate in English
