Burnaby Mexican Foods Inc. (o/a La Taqueria Pinche Taco Shop) is our newest taco shop located in the Amazing Brentwood Mall in Burnaby BC. We serve various Mexican cuisine from classic tacos, quesadillas, burritos. Our dishes are made from traditional recipes with local, organic, and sustainable products. We are now hiring an experienced full-time Food Service Supervisor.

Position: Full-time Food Service Supervisor

Responsibilities:
– Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
– Distribute the duties to each staff member.
– Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
– Maintain records of stock, repairs, and wastage.
– Check the inventory and arrange the order for insufficient ingredients and supplies.
– Supervise staff preparing and serving meals to customers.
– Prepare work schedules and evaluate the work performance of staff.
– Respond to customer issues related to food.
– Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
– Organize the daily closing activities for the restaurant, including cleaning, dishwashing, food storage etc.
Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school.
– 2+ years of supervisory experience in restaurants are required.
Wage: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour.
Working Condition: 30-35 hours a week.
Benefit: 4% from gross income for paid vacation per year.
