Position: Food Service Supervisor
Number of positions available: 1
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Wage: $20.00/hour

Key duties and responsibilities
- Overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant
- Recruiting, training, and supervising staff, as well as scheduling shifts
- Ensuring excellent customer service, handling inquiries and complaints, and responding to feedback
- Maintaining quality and service standards, and ensuring compliance with food health and safety regulations
- Managing inventory and estimating and ordering ingredients and supplies
- Liaising with the kitchen to ensure food quality, and collaborating with other F&B leaders to improve service quality
- Maintains recipe documentation
- Establishes menu costs.
- Demonstrates food and beverage service techniques and bar and kitchen equipment to new staff.
Job requirements:
- Completion of a secondary school or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of previous work experience in the food industry are required.
- Exceptional organization, time management, prioritization, and self-starter skills
- Passion for food, beverages and commitment to quality
- Understanding of Food and beverages Safe requirements
- Ability to be constantly standing and walking throughout shift, and to do occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and ascending or descending stairs and ramps.
