Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee food service operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and manage the schedules of kitchen and dining staff.
- Inspect food quality and presentation, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints to provide a positive dining experience.
- Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels while controlling costs.
- Train new staff and provide ongoing support to uphold service standards.
- Monitor sales and expenses and prepare basic reports for the management team.
Requirements:
– Completion of secondary school is required.
– Completion of college related to hospitality industry is usually preferred.
– 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the food service sector are required.
Working Conditions:
- Wage: $16.25-$17.00 per hour (negotiable), plus 4% vacation pay
- Working hours: 30-40 hours per week (Full-time position)
