Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee food service operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and manage the schedules of kitchen and dining staff.
• Inspect food quality and presentation, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints to provide a positive dining experience.
• Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels while controlling costs.
• Train new staff and provide ongoing support to uphold service standards.
• Monitor sales and expenses and prepare basic reports for the management team.

Requirements:

– Completion of secondary school is required.

– Completion of college related to hospitality industry is usually preferred.

– 2+ years of supervisory experience in the food service sector are required.

Working Conditions:

• Wage: $35.50 – $36.00 per hour (negotiable), plus 4% vacation pay
• Working hours:  30-40 hours per week (Full-time position)
