Coppersmith Enterprises Ltd. DBA Burger King is looking for 2 Full-time Food Service Supervisors to work at 101-
1035 Columbia Street, New Westminster, BC, V3M 1C4. Salary is 20 dollars per hour and no of hours are 40 per
week. (Even though this is a full time position, part time job seekers are encouraged to apply.)
Job Description:
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and
budgets.
Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required. Atleast one or two years experience in food preparation or service are
required or completion of college program in food service adminisration, restauant business or related business.
