KATSUYA is looking for a Full-time, Permanent Food Service Supervisor
Position: Food Service Supervisor
Available Position : 1
Wage: $17.00- 20.00 per hours (Depending on experience)
Work Hours: 35 – 40 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Benefits: 4% of gross salary or 10 days paid vacation
Work Location: 8-555 Clarke Road, Coquitlam, BC V3J 3X4
Job Duties:
-Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare, portion and present food
-Handle shift schedules for servers and assign them tasks
-Maintain and order ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
-Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
-Supervise service area to comply with health and safety regulations
-Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
-Handle customer complaints and suggestions
Requirements:
-Completion of secondary school
-Completion of community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline or 2-3 years of experience of related experience.
-English is required
