Position: Food Service Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $17-$20/hour (depending on Experience)
Hours: 30 – 44hours per week
Benefits:
• 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
• Manage and coordinate the daily food production.
• Estimate and order food ingredients, and supplies.
• Analyze and records of stocks, and supplies cost.
• Prepare work schedule and procedures.
• Supervise and check workstations to ensure clean, sanitized, and prepped work surfaces
• Supervise food and service meet quality standards.
• Train staff in job duties, and safety procedures.
• May interview or hire new employees.
Job requirements:
• Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline
OR
2~3years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
Educational Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
Language Requirements:
• English
