Position: Food Service Supervisor
Working Hours: 30hrs per week, 5days a week
Wage: $14.65~16.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Na-Re Korean Kitchen focuses on traditional Korean cuisine with a modern twist. We are currently looking for a full-time Food Service Supervisor. The ideal candidate will excel as team player and will work well under pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Main duties
• Oversees the daily food service in all areas of kitchen and dining room
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Handle shift schedules for food services workers and assign them tasks on daily basis
• Coordinate frequent workplace inspections
• Plan menus and determine related food and labour costs
• Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of worker
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Ensure strict compliance with restaurant’s standards in all aspects of service
• Participates in menu preparation, ensuring menus are updated and recipes are revised
• Ensuring all equipment is clean and maintained
• Communicate positively and enthusiastically to the restaurant patrons and address their issues promptly
Employment Requirements
• Completion of secondary school
• Flexible availability for weekends & holidays
• 1 year of experience in customer service or similar roll may be required
• English language ability is required
