Job Description
1. Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

2. prepare and submit reports

3. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

4. Establish a work schedule

5. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies

6. Ensure food service and quality control

7. Follow and develop sanitization and safety procedure

8. Address customers complaints or concerns
