Position: Food Service Supervisor
Working Condition: Full Time, Permanent, 30~40 hrs per week
Wage: $18.50 per hour
Work Location: Blenz Coffee 695 W Broadway Vancouver, BC V5Z 1G6
Start Date: As soon As Possible
Job Description:
-Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and serve food and drink
-Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
-Check the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for menu
-Ensure food and service meet quality control
-Keep the records of repairs, sales and wastage
Minimum Qualification Include:
– High School Diploma
– 1 year or higher experience in food preparation or service
– Available on evenings and weekends
– Able to communicate in English
