D & D Ent DBA Subway Fast food (1000 Mainland, Vancouver,
BC) needs full time Food Service Supervisor for 24 hours open busy location:
Wage rate: $18.50/ per hour.
Language: English
Working hours: 40 week.
duties include:
- Direct and co-ordinate the activities of workers operating kitchen equipment and preparing, portioning and serving food.
- Estimate food requirements and order food, equipment and supplies.
- Ensure that food safety regulations are followed.
- Set up work schedules and train food service workers.
- Maintain food inventories, resolve work related problems.
- Assigns and coordinates work of employees to promote efficiency of operations etc.
Qualified candidate must have:
Secondary school completion and one year work experience in same.
