Food Service Supervisor at Mary Brown's Chicken

Location –     50 Tenth St Suite 105-106 Nanaimo, BC V9R 6L1

Salary –          $18.00 / hour

Vacancies-        1 Vacancy

Terms of employment- Permanent employment, Full time 30 hours/week

Start date-        As soon as possible

Job Requirements

Languages-       English

Education-        Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience-      7 months to less than 1 year

Tasks

·       Establish methods to meet work schedules

·       Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

·       Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures

·       Estimate and order ingredients and supplies

·       Ensure food service and quality control

·       Prepare budget and cost estimates

·       Address customers' complaints or concerns

·       Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

·       Prepare and submit reports

·       Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres

·       Establish work schedules

Supervision – 1 to 2 people
