Food Service Supervisor at A&W Food Services (10548359 Canada Inc.)

Location –      30 Highbury Park Dr, Nepean ON K2J 6K

Salary –           $16.75 / hour

Vacancies-      3 Vacancies

Terms of employment-         Permanent employment, Full time 35 hours/week

Start date-      As soon as possible

Job Requirements

Languages-    English

Education-     Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience-   7 months to less than 1 year

Tasks

·      Establish methods to meet work schedules,

·      Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food,

·      Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures,

·      Estimate and order ingredients and supplies,

·      Ensure food service and quality control,

·      Prepare budget and cost estimates,

·      Address customers' complaints or concerns,

·      Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage,

·      Prepare and submit reports,

·      Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres,

·      Establish work schedules
