Job Description:
Maharaja Catering Ltd.is currently hiring two full-time permanent Food Service Supervisors to join their team.
Job Duties:
• Co-ordinate and Supervise the activities of staff who prepare and serve the food.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Manage the stocks and inventory of store.
• Prepare the reports of stock, sales & repairs and maintain the records.
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
Employment requirements:
• Secondary (High) School graduation certificate
• 1 to 2 years of related experience is required.
