Buzz Coffee House is seeking F/T a Food Service Supervisor.

Job requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in food service industry.
Educational Requirements:
Completion of secondary (high) school
Language Requirements:
English
Start date:
ASAP
Wage:
$17.50/hour
Hours:
30 ~ 40hours per week
Benefits:
4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and direct daily operations of the cafe
- Monitor and ensure food/drink service meet quality control standards, and feedback kitchen staff and floor staff when needed
- Ensure all care areas are clean and tidy
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, safety procedures, and food and drink preparation
- Prepare food order summaries for kitchen staff
- Address customers’ complains or concerns, and solve problems when needed
