Fairmont Gas Plus and Subway is located in Fairmont Hot Springs. Fairmont Hot Springs, home to Canada's largest natural mineral hot springs, is a year-round destination nestled in the heart of the British Columbia Rocky Mountains and the stunning Columbia Valley. We are hiring a Food Service Supervisor.

Position: Food Service Supervisor
Open position: 1
Responsibilities:
– Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
– Keep records such as amount and cost of meals served and hours worked by employees.
– Supervise packing, serving, delivering of meals.
– Prepare work schedule and evaluate work performance of staff.
– Respond to customer issues.
– Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
– Organize the daily closing activities for the restaurant, including cleaning, food storage etc.
Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school is required.
– 2+ years supervisory experience in the food service field is required.
Personal suitability
– Client focus, Good communication skills, Reliability
– Good knowledge of food preparation and service.
Wage and working hours: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour with 30-40 hours a week.
