Job Description:
Supervise and co-ordinate staff in job duties.
Maintain minimum stock levels for day to day operations.
Order inventory from our designated suppliers.
Resolve customer complaints.
Set staff work schedules.
Ensure health and safety regulations as designated by the franchise are followed.
Ensure compliance with guidelines of Food Handling Permit issued by Alberta Health Services.
Prepare reports as per franchise specifications. - Supervision
