Description
We are fully serving Canadian & Japanese style cuisine in Esterhazy, SK. Now we are hiring the experienced Food Service Supervisor.

Position: Full-time Food Service Supervisor
Vacancy: 1
Wage: $14.50 ~ $15.50 per hour
Working Condition: 35-40 hours a week.
Benefit: 5.77% from gross income for paid vacation per year.
Working (Business) Location: 1020 Park Ave. Esterhazy, SK. S0A 0X0
Responsibilities:
– Perform restaurant opening/closing/reporting duties
– Check staff punctuality and monitor staff performance.
– Supervise staff performance and assign duties.
– Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage.
– Ensure that all food safety regulations are followed in regards to preparation, storage, handling, and serving of food items.
– Coordinate with manager.
– Inspect the premises regularly for cleanliness and maintenance problems.
– Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and other food service establishment.
Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school is required.
– Completion of a community college program in food service administration or related discipline would be an asset.
– 2+ years of experience in food preparation or service is required.
– Good communication skills
– Good knowledge of food preparation and service.
