Job Description:

TDMW Investments Ltd. DBA Taco Del Mar is looking for 2 full-time permanent Food Service Supervisor to join their team.

Job Duties:

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and serve food.

• Manage the inventory and stocks used in preparation

• Establish methods to meet work schedules.

• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.

• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.

• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

• Ensure the cleanliness and safety at work as per health and safety guidelines.

• Resolve Customer Complaints.

Employment requirements:

• Completion of secondary education is must.

• 1-2 years of related experience is required.
