2 Full-time Food Service Supervisors are needed for Renaissance Ventures Ltd DBA Renaissance Coffee at 8888 University Drive Burnaby B.C.V5A 1S6 .(Even though this position is full-time position, we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary 17.00 dollars per hour and no. of hours are 40 per week.
Main duties:
Supervise , co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion an serve food.
Establish method to meet work schedules,
Maintain records of stock, repairs and wastage,
Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures,
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards,
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
Participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
Determine related food and labor costs.
Employment requirements: Completion of secondary school is required. One or two years experience in food preparation or service are required. OR Completion of college program in food service administration or related disciple.
