Job Position: Food Service Supervisor
Employment Type: Permanent / Full-time
Work Location: 3086 Highway 16 East, Thornhill (Terrace), BC, V8G 3N5
Wage: $16.00 /Hour
Work hours: 35 hours per week
Benefits: 4% vacation pay or 10 days’ paid vacation
Qualifications
- A secondary school diploma is required.
- Minimum 2 years of food service experience
- English
Job Duties
- Supervises employees engaged in serving food.
- Prepares work schedules and evaluates work performance of employees.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
- Participate in development of sanitation and safety standards and ensure implementation of standards established.
