NTS Restaurant Ltd. DBA New Tokyo Sushi in Fort Nelson, BC is looking for an experienced full-time Permanent Food Service Supervisor.

Conditions:

·        Position: Food Service Supervisor (Full-Time, Permanent position)

·        Wage: $17.00 per hour

·        Working hours: 30-40 hours per week (Ability to do shift work (daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays))

·        Vacation: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4 % gross salary

·        Available position: 1

Requirements:

·        Education; Completion of secondary school

·        Experience: 2-3 years of experience in food preparation or service OR Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline is required

·        Language: English

Job Duties

·        Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

·        Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolley

·        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies

·        Establish work schedules

·        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

·        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standard

·        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures

·        Resolve customer complaints or concerns
